For the past 25 years, Zeevi has been active in real estate, initially involved in projects across Cyprus, USA, Georgia, Ukraine and during the past 2 years the focus is on Thessaloniki, Greece.

In addition to student residents and Airbnb, we also operate in the hospitality market. One of our projects is a beautiful underdevelopment hotel in Afytos, including over 24 hotel rooms.
Projects
On april 2023 we purchased 720 sqm of old offices units in the heart of Thessaloniki. We converted those offices to14 luxurious apartments. A few days before ending the renovation, all the apartments were booked and rented by students.

During May 2024, we purchased a new project in the heart of Thessaloniki, not far from Dodekanisou 9 project.
Our new renovated apartment in Thessaloniki is a high end luxury property. We will rent these special projects to tourists during the summer season and to students who will be able to afford these luxurious units.
In September 2023, we purchased through an auction a working hotel in the most picturesque village in The peninsula of Halkidiki. Our plan is to renovate and develop the project and to open it fully during the summer of 2025, with 24 unique rooms.
